Beautiful Irony: a paradox
There is one thing that most people don't have when they have everything, and that is appreciation. Those that don't have much, in contrast, tend to have this intangible in great abundance.

Riff-Rappin
You a pretty face
But that ain't what I need;
I look beyond the flower
And examine the seed.
And what I see when I see the seed,
I'm certain that I know,
I can't find the ingredients
That are gonna make me grow.
So I have to say goodbye,
Darlin' please don't start to cry.
And I'm sure you'll find another
'Cause you're so full of charm, lover.
But that ain't what I need;
I look beyond the flower
And examine the seed.
And what I see when I see the seed,
I'm certain that I know,
I can't find the ingredients
That are gonna make me grow.
So I have to say goodbye,
Darlin' please don't start to cry.
And I'm sure you'll find another
'Cause you're so full of charm, lover.

The important question is not whether or not a person procrastinates (because most people do). Rather, the relevant question is what a person does during that procrastination period. It is how we use our time and perhaps fulfill a higher level goal that we procrastinate away from a same-level anti-goal.
